With these ingredients you will be able to prepare a chocoflan for approximately 8 servings.

Preparation

I will explain in more detail the preparation of the chocoflan:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, beat 5 eggs until frothy.

Add 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk and 225 grams of cream cheese. Beat everything together until well blended.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of a cake pan, making sure it covers the entire bottom. Spoon the chocolate cake mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.

Pour the custard mixture over the chocolate cake mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed.

Cover the pan with foil and place it in a baking dish with enough water to come halfway up the pan.

Bake 

Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the chocoflan is firm. To check for doneness, insert a knife into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, it is done.

Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the chocoflan. Turn out onto a plate and voilà.

You can decorate with fruit or some types of chocolate, and you will have a delicious chocoflan ready to enjoy.
