Oat and apple sponge cake

To proceed with one of these healthy recipes, start by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F). 

Then, in a bowl, mix 1 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2 eggs, 1 grated apple and 1/4 cup honey. 

Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, then pour the mixture into a previously greased pan. 

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Banana and oatmeal cookies

Mash 2 ripe bananas and mix with 1 cup of oatmeal. If desired, you can add 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. 

Form into small cookies and place on a baking sheet. 

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Carrot and walnut cupcakes

Pastry chef William Isaias, shares with us some of his favorite preparations.

Start by combining 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon baking powder in a bowl. 

Then add 1/2 cup grated carrots and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Stir in 2 eggs and 1/4 cup coconut oil. 

Pour the mixture into cupcake pans and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.

Yogurt and red berries cheesecake

To start with one of these healthy recipes start by crushing 1 cup of whole grain crackers and mix them with 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate. 

In another bowl, mix 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. 

Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.

Sugar-free cinnamon rolls

Mix 2 cups whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. 

Add 1 cup almond milk and 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. 

Roll the dough and cut into slices. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Healthy oatmeal and banana pancakes recipes.

Start by mashing two ripe bananas in a bowl until well mashed. 

Then, add 1 cup of oat flour, 1/2 cup of milk (you can use almond milk or any other vegetable milk), and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. 

Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous dough. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour some of the batter in the form of pancakes.

Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown

Serve your pancakes with fresh banana slices, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
